Overview
The goal of this project is to redesign the Jobs in ETF website to enhance user experience, improve visual appeal, and provide a seamless job search platform for professionals in the ETF industry.

- Provide users with the ability to create accounts, save favorite jobs, and customize job alerts for a personalized experience.

- Engaging Job Listings:
- Design detailed and organized job listings that present essential information clearly.
- Integrate user reviews and feedback for employers and specific job listings.
Process
Research and Discovery Phase:
- Conducted user interviews and surveys to understand user preferences, pain points, and expectations.
- Analyzed competitor websites to identify industry trends and best practices.
Information Architecture and Wireframing:
- Developed a clear information architecture and user flows for seamless navigation.
- Created wireframes to outline the structure and layout of key pages.
Visual Design:
- Established a professional and trustworthy brand identity through a modern design style and a color palette evoking trust and reliability.
- Implemented a consistent UI design across all pages, including job listings and account features.
Interactive Prototyping:
- Built interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions and test functionality.
- Incorporated user feedback to refine the design and improve user interactions.
Development Collaboration:
- Worked closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design elements and maintain consistency during implementation.
